I came in for depression but ended up uncovering grief I didn’t even know I was carrying. The therapist helped me make sense of it without rushing me. It’s like I can finally breathe a little easier.
I used to keep everything locked away—my past, my pain, even my voice. But here, I felt safe enough to open up. Slowly, I came out of my shell, learned to trust, and even found love again.
